Engr Victor Ogobiri is a COREN(R11992) registered Civil Engineer with over 20years of relevant post qualification experience.
Victor is a director in Harrydray International Limited and overseas all civil engineering projects. Prior to joining Harrydray, Victor has worked in many organizations including the oil and gas sector. Victor was project engineer and manager at Smiec. Prior to joining Harrydray, Victor served as base engineer for Oilserv a mechanical engineering company.
