The documented QA and HSE system, which is adopted as the guidance for success, is a four level model as follows.
I. Quality Management System Manual, documenting the QA system, plans, and defines the implementation strategy. Guidance is ISO 9009:2015.
II.Safety Management System Manual, documenting the elements of the occupational health, safety and protection of the environment systems as defined in the Safety Act 1997, and ISO 14001: 1996 and other international industrial standards.
III. Quality Assurance and Safety (HSE) Procedures, which documents the structure of procedures. It outlines the tasks, responsibility, frequency and the dependency of each relevant part of the quality process and the business of the customer. Guidance is ISO 9001 clause 4 through 8 and ISO 9004 (guidelines), ISO 14001 section 4.
IV. Specific Work Instructions, detailing the step-by-step instructions, specific for the services to be provided to the customers of the operation. The documentation includes the work instructions, plans, etc.
At HARRYDRAY INTERNATIONAL LTD. We believe that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a prerequisite to the long term sustainability of our organization. Much of our CSR activities are centered on Education, Healthcare, Sport and Public Infrastructure Development.
To enhance Nigerian Content we have, and will continue to actively pursue the following as a minimum:
· Acquiring the services of competent and qualified local and community providers of goods and services that will provide us with business support infrastructure which can be purchased locally subject to meeting the prescribed specifications.
Invest in the training of Nigerian personnel in all our activities
Ensure that our labour force shall at any given time be not less than 90% Nigerians and that any expatriate personnel shall have Nigerian understudies.
Engage with our OEMs in the training of our local staff and on strategies for the creation of investment in Nigeria.
